Mersen DC offers provide a very high performant protection for railway power and auxiliary circuits. Mersen DC Semiconductor fuse-links were developed to provide improved performance required by today's new DC equipment. These fuse-links are typically operated at more elevated temperature than other fuse type, have lower I²t to minimize damage to protected components on short circuits, lower watts loss and longer life.

DIII-SICH.EINSATZ 690V 10A GL

DIII-SICH.EINSATZ 690V 10A GL

Item #: H217127

Supplier Part #: H217127
Brand: Mersen

The D fuse-system is the first generation of screw fuse-system in the german DIN standard. It is still used in many installations. Applications are low voltage ditribution units, where non trained persons are allowed to change the fuse-links. The D fuse range comprises the sizes NDZ, DII, DIII, DIV, DV. The range of applications for D fuse-links is the protection of cables and power lines. They limit and cut-off unacceptable overcurrents and short circuit currents up to their nominal breaking capacity. D fuse-links "gG" also protect equipments and installations against dynamic effects of high short circuit currents.

Safe cut-off short circuits and over currents due to special design of fuse element; Low power dissipation; DIN VDE 0636-301; Free of lead, cadmium, mercury, chrome 6 (rohs conformity); Optimized size; Insulated body suitable for high mechanical and thermal impacts; Clear indication of operation condition due to coloured indicator on top contact; Top and bottom contacts made of nickel plated copper alloy; Resistant to aging
